Please Note: Refund requests will not be processed for:

  • Products purchased during a sale or clearance unless they are defective or damaged.

Please note that it may take a few extra days for the refund to be visible in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping Charges: If the refund is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect item shipped, we will also refund the shipping charges paid during checkout. However, if you are returning the product for reasons other than those mentioned above (e.g., change of mind), the shipping charges will not be refunded.
