Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email along with tracking details (if applicable).
Custom Orders or Special Requests: If your order involves customized items or special requests, processing may take an additional 2-3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your orders safely and promptly. The following shipping methods are available:

Standard Shipping:
Delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Express Shipping (if available):
Delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note: delivery times may vary based on the shipping address and availability of the product. Unexpected delays from the courier services may also impact the delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the delivery location.

Free Shipping: For orders above ₹[1000], you will qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping: Shipping costs for orders below ₹[89] will be calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping: An additional charge will apply for express shipping, and this will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details, so you can monitor your shipment's progress. You can track your order through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Delivery Issues & Missed Deliveries

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping details are correct. If you provide incorrect or incomplete shipping information, belzom.shop is not responsible for any delays or missing packages.
Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, the courier service will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. After that, the package will be returned to us. If the item is returned, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for re-shipment.
Failed Deliveries: If the courier service is unable to deliver your order due to a failed address or other issues on the recipient's side, we may contact you to resolve the issue, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the failed delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Remote Locations: If your delivery location is considered remote by our shipping carriers, additional shipping charges may apply, or there may be shipping limitations.

8. Packaging
