Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the delivery location.

6. Delivery Issues & Missed Deliveries

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping details are correct. If you provide incorrect or incomplete shipping information, belzom.shop is not responsible for any delays or missing packages.

Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, the courier service will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. After that, the package will be returned to us. If the item is returned, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for re-shipment.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
